STEPS:
1. You complete the questionairre.
First, by answering our new client questionnairre, we get a clear understanding of your current sales process (and so much more) .  Then from here we can identify where the gaps are and how to ensure that your sales person comes out of the gates marketing your home care services the right way to deliver results quickly.  Your answers help us prioritize the focus.  
2. Pre-Grounding Work
We will individually recommend the training videos that we think will be best for you to start with based on our initial evaluation of your business and where you are currently.
3. Our One week immersion. 
This process we take you through the “sales system” step by step. Each day you or your rep will have videos to watch, documents to read to immerse themselves in the material for our Home Care Rapid Referral Sales System. They will have time to go through the material. Implement…then daily we will discuss where they are, what they learned, and what to do next. 
4. Ongoing accountability calls.
After we complete Step #3 above (which usually takes a week but could take longer depending on what has already been pre-scheduled with the owner and/or rep)….then we get into tracking our KPIs and results. During this time, there will be accountability and ongoing skills improvement, motivation, and account strategy discussions so that your rep is mastering the skills in the program and maximizing the results out in the field. This is a process (can happen quicker or slower depending on the individual) …and isn’t overnight…but over time, YOU WILL start to see improvements.  
As you or your rep continue to implement the system, improve in your skills, and improve in the strategy with guidance from their mentor and coach along the way, the results will start to show.
